Bio
Laura Corrado has been an assistant coach at Evergreen Valley College's women's team since 2010.
As the strength and conditioning coach, Corrado is responsible for the athletic development of the women’s soccer team and has helped the program to 14 playoff appearances and four conference championships.
Corrado has over two decades of experience coaching soccer and futsal at the national, collegiate, high school, and youth levels. She has worked as a youth technical director and the director of strength and conditioning for various soccer clubs in the Bay Area.
Corrado is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NCSA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and holds an NSCAA National Diploma.
Corrado earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in pre-physical therapy, a minor in Psychology, and a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from San Jose State. A former member of EVC's program she scored 52 goals and had 20 assists over a two-year career (2004-05) and was the Coast Conference Player of the Year.
In addition to coaching, Corrado is an adjunct faculty member who teaches lecture and activity Kinesiology courses at Evergreen Valley College.
